Entering this hotel was like stepping into another world of luxury. the spacious and chic rooms were equipped with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. the Spa & wellness centre provided an amazing massage service and the indoor swimming pool was a true delight to swim in. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the picturesque village and indulging in the array of special diet menus offered at the restaurant.

The only minor issue was the limited live entertainment offered, however, the other leisure facilities more than compensated for this.

As bike riders, we loved the spacious rooms with high ceilings and the convenient location near the river. The breakfast spread was top-notch, with delicious options like cappuccinos and a variety of high-end cheeses. We also appreciated the smart casual dress code and the historic charm of the hotel. The spa facilities were great, with multiple sauna room options and massage showers for hot water lovers. The short walk from our room to the spa in our hotel robes and slippers was an added bonus.

Felt like our own home, no complaints whatsoever.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was great, with many attractions within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the mountains. The hotel also had a beautiful lounge where we could relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

The hotel lacked a swimming pool, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a great location, surrounded by beautiful trees and hot springs. the staff were polite and spoke perfect English, always willing to answer any questions we had. the studio suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, and elegant, providing us with a comfortable and luxurious experience.

There were some areas that needed improvement. the service, especially during breakfast, was slightly lacking.

We stayed at a hotel near the center of the town, close to everything in the area. The friendly staff recommended a beautiful restaurant nearby, where we were welcomed with warm service. The only highlight was being only on Riverside with a fantastic view from the room. The bathroom was nice, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. We enjoyed the excellent facilities, such as the salt room, pool, and sauna.

The room had an uncomfortable bed.

Centrally located in the center. Cakes and coffee at Café Pupp great. Amazing champagne breakfast. Spa and swimming pool area lovely. Incredible hot stone massage and peat bath with gold mask. Room with town view, perfect size and very comfortable. Friendly and accommodating staff. First-rate experience. Fluffy towels and toiletries. Great variety at breakfast. Spacious and stylish room. Bathroom with separate bath and shower. Room cleaned frequently. Exceptionally beautiful breakfast hall.

Great dining facilities with plenty of seating and helpful staff. Spa massages are enjoyable, especially the Ajuverdic massages. Good breakfast selection and clean rooms with nice interior designs to match the hotel. The location is perfect for walks to the city and parking is available near the accommodation. a pleasant and relaxing experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern room. The breakfast had a nice variety of cheese and sausage options. we enjoyed our stay at this elegant hotel.

We had a delightful stay at the Grandhotel Pupp. The location was perfect and parking was easy. The hotel's exterior was absolutely beautiful and we were impressed with the professionalism of the concierge. The breakfast was really nice with a great variety of options. The hotel itself was clean and charming, with beautiful areas to relax in, especially the restaurant. Our apartment was wonderful, with comfortable amenities, a balcony, and even a Nespresso machine. The historical aspect of the building and the brand of the hotel added to its uniqueness. We will definitely come back.
